Job Title: Construction Supervisor

Job Description

We are searching for an experienced construction superintendent for community solar projects in Illinois. The Construction Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations and administrative duties on site. They will report directly to the Sr. Construction Manager and will be responsible for sending daily progress and safety reports, managing sub vendors, and working with foremen from sub vendors. They will enforce safety and regulatory policies, set productivity standards, develop schedules, and coordinate deliveries and equipment.

This is a contract position with a duration of 1-4 Years

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Maroa, Illinois.

Work Environment

The work environment is a solar construction site with a company trailer. There will be electrical and civil sub-contractors on site. Hours are primarily Monday to Friday, generally 40-60 hours a week (standard construction hours 7-3:30). Overtime must be approved by a supervisor. The dress code is construction attire—jeans and t-shirt with proper PPE.
