The Upstream Configuration Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for sustaining our digital commercial tools that drive significant impact to the organization.>

This position is part of the Custom upstream and Product Enablement team located in Marlboro, MAand will be a hybrid role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Maintenance of existing Configuration models & functional bill of materials for bioreactor products. (Product sustainment engineering)

• Ownership and development of Configuration model (f-bom/VCC) to support new product developments project

• Support the development of System documents / Turn over package for new product developments project

• Performing periodic Configurator verification to achieve quality objectives

• Support Upstream change control process for Configurator related cases

Who you are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Business, Finance or related field, Master’s Degree Preferred

• 5+ years of experience in engineering or operations roles

• Skilled in working with large data sets including, but not limited to, data gathering, mining, analyzing, interpretation, visualization, and recognizing errors

• Data storyteller with a proven ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex analytical insights

• System engineering awareness, preferably in biotechnology equipment
