Description

Our client is looking for a receptionist for a 1-week coverage. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors, answering and directing calls, buzzing in visitors, registering visitors, creating badges, letting internal employees aware of visitors and more! Our client is looking for someone professional with great communication skills as you will be the front face of their corporate office!

Where: Marlborough, MA

When: July 15th - July 19th

Pay: $17-$18 (based on experience)

Duration: 1 week coverage

Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM

Requirements • Proficiency in performing receptionist duties, including handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and managing office correspondence.

• Proficient in data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases, and ensuring the accuracy of entered data.

• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.

• Familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business software.

• Possess a professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role would be advantageous.
