Description

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team, located in Marlborough, Massachusetts. As a CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance functions within the bank, managing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions, and ensuring the efficient operation of daily accounting department processes. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the management of accounting and finance functions within the bank

• Managing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions

• Working closely with the existing team to improve processes

• Ensuring compliance and reviewing client contracts

• Supervising daily accounting department processes, including recording transactions, updating records

• Utilizing your experience in accounting management, audit management, and cash flow management

• Applying your expertise in navigating ERP systems

• Leading a team effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience in the banking industry is essential.

• Mastery of 3M and other relevant accounting software systems is required.

• Proficiency in business systems and CRM is a must.

• Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with accounting functions.

• Demonstrable experience in auditing is necessary.

• Familiarity with budget processes is expected.

• Strong knowledge in capital management is crucial.

• Experience with ERP systems will be highly regarded.
