work hours: 1:30 PM - 10 PM

Responsibilities

As a sit-down forklift operator, your primary responsibilities will be to retrieve and stage raw materials for kitchen processing in a constructive manner. You must adhere to all safety, SQF, GMP, and housekeeping rules and regulations. It is important to understand and follow processing schedules and product formula ingredient lists. Additionally, you need to ensure the proper use and maintenance of the scanning system, complete paperwork, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
