Description
This position’s main responsibilities are to plan, organize, lead, and maintain the Global Microsoft 365 Solutions and associated IT Infrastructure services. This role provides the organizational vision and overall direction for Microsoft solutions globally and must interface with leadership throughout the company to understand and satisfy business requirements. This role will have ability to architect and implement best practice solutions across the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform and Entra ID, both for managed and unmanaged devices.
Essential Job Duties
Lead the planning, deployment, and management of the Global Microsoft 365 Solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and other related services.
Develop and implement vision, strategy, policies and procedures for the effective use and security of Microsoft 365.
Manage a team of IT professionals, providing end to end support of all Microsoft 365 services.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and ensure Microsoft 365 solutions meet those needs.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
Prepare and manage the budget for Microsoft 365-related initiatives and operations.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the integrity and security of Microsoft 365 services.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on Microsoft 365.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration.
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Purview and Entra ID.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cross-cultural project management and communication experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
Experience with agile delivery practices.
Experience with AvePoint Online Services.
Relevant Microsoft 365 certifications.
