ManpowerGroup Principal Controls Engineer in Marion, North Carolina

Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Principal Controls Engineer to join their team. As a Principal Controls Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong accountability and ownership, strong leadership and project management skills, and extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Principal Controls Engineer

Location: Marion, NC. ONSITE.

Pay: $63/h + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance to engineering staff and maintenance teams.

  • Analyze plant manufacturing capacity and optimize processes.

  • Design and execute validation activities using lean manufacturing techniques.

  • Manage and execute change control activities related to equipment.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on projects relating to new and existing product lines.

Requirements

  • BS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering preferred).

  • 7-10 years of Rockwell PLC experience.

  • Hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in electrical systems.

  • Knowledge of validation protocols and Lean Manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and ability to read and write electrical schematics.
