Description

Ability to create engineering designs in Solidworks utilizing established standards and deviate when appropriate to meet customer application requirements. Integrate latest safety features into equipment designs while maintaining functionality. Accurate documentation for equipment, including: bills of material, sketches, written and verbal instructions. Familiar with product manufacturing processes and the general cost impact of the various processes to make best cost recommendations to sales and customers. Compilation, creation and systematic implementation of engineering design and production standards. Serve as a technical resource for our customers, apply engineering principles, product knowledge and practical experience to make customer recommendations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field 2-5 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering and design preferred Proficiency in CAD software required (solidworks preferred) Experience with global engineering standards and regulations is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
