Job Title: Crushing Plant Crew Lead
Type: Full-time
Job Position Description:
Under the supervision of the crushing Superintendent, oversee site crew to maintain and operate aggregate crushing plant to meet safety, quality, and production requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
Keep plant and surrounding areas in peak condition; this may include having to perform mechanical maintenance on equipment
Work safely with adherence to Wendling Quarries safety policy
In the absence of the superintendent, supervises 1 to 10 production employees
Supervisory responsibilities include training, planning, directing work to employees
Address employee complaints and resolve problems
Job Qualifications:
Adequate Mechanical Knowledge
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Hours & Compensation:
Monday – Friday
Approximately 50-55 hours/week
