ManpowerGroup Senior Financial Analyst in Marinette, Wisconsin

Our client, a premier manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting the operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with SAP systems.

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Marinette, Wisconsin (Hybrid 3 days Onsite - 2 days Remote)

Pay Range: Depends on experience level

This is a Consulting opportunity with potential to be hired on.

What's the Job?

  • Assist with development of managerial/operational reporting

  • Perform financial analysis including inventory reporting and analysis, customer account reconciliations, work-in-process, material cost analysis, sales reporting, contribution analysis by part number, labor and overhead cost analysis, and cost/benefit analysis

  • Provide budgeting support

  • Work with operations teams on a hybrid basis

  • Utilize SAP systems COPA module knowledge for report generation

  • Manufacturing industry experience

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Experience with SAP systems COPA module

  • Ability to work on site with operations teams on a hybrid basis
