PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Composite Inspector to join our dynamic team in Marina, California. Be part of cutting-edge aerospace projects where precision meets innovation!

Job Type: Full-time, Contract (6+ months)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming composite materials.

• Conduct in-process inspections during the layup process.

• Perform final inspections on completed composite parts and Work Order packages.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in composite inspection or fabrication.

• Proficiency with hand tools (scales, calipers, micrometers).

• Ability to read blueprints and understand critical/key characteristics.

• Basic knowledge of quality terms, measurement concepts, and calibration.

• Ability to identify and document inspection errors/nonconformances.

• Basic mathematical skills for measurement conversions and calculations.

• Team player with strong attention to detail.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of aerospace experience.

• Familiarity with ASME Y14.5M, GD&T, and the x, y, z coordinate system.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
