We are seeking a Logistics Manager to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business in Marietta, GA.

In this role, you will manage the activities, operations, and performance of the Logistics Department, providing logistics and related regulatory expertise and guidance to staff, internal and external clients.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Planning, coordinating, and providing leadership for complex logistics projects.

• Developing and maintaining good communications and working relationships with internal and external clients, regulatory agencies, couriers, and related companies.

• Maintaining and adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to logistics, related regulations, and training.

• Serving as regulatory consultant for internal and external clients and global QLABs.

• Working with global counterparts to ensure compliance and promote and facilitate global logistics standardization.

• Interacting with international and domestic regulatory agencies related to import, export, transportation, and packaging.

• Developing and implementing new processes to improve logistics operations within the company.

• Managing and developing staff, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• 5 years’ experience in logistics, including 2 years in a leadership capacity.

• Comprehensive knowledge of international logistics including import/export regulations and procedures.

• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

• Proficiency in logistics, import-export, Microsoft Excel/pivot tables, and TMS software/management.

• Strong leadership/management experience, ability to delegate effectively and manage multiple tasks and projects.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $90,000.00 - $150,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
