Lockheed Martin Administrative Assistant Sr in Marietta, Georgia

Description: Administrative assistant to two Global Supply Chain Directors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing outlook calendars and e-mail accounts; effectively coordinating both International and Domestic travel arrangements and processing expense reports; assisting in preparation of briefing materials, including Power Point presentations; setup and support of a variety of meetings; and other standard administrative duties. Ability to work independently in preparing correspondence, letters, and reports and provide administrative review of documents. Will interface with executive management at company, program and customer levels, as well as with a variety of internal/external customers. Position often involves a heavy workload.

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

- Experience in managing emails, calendars & schedules.

- Experience in international and domestic travel planning & expense reporting.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with supporting multiple leaders within the - same organization.

- Highly advanced in Microsoft Office applications such as Power Point, Word, Excel, Team as well as SharePoint.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interface with all levels of internal/external management.

- Prioritization, planning, and organizing multiple calendars and email accounts through Outlook for the Leaders.

- Manages conference rooms, create and update presentations.

- Experience with event planning.

- Experience interfacing with government officials.

- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to interface with all levels of internal and external customers.

- Experience in coordinating facilities issues including office moves, order office supplies, and manage conference rooms, set up of audio/visual systems and equipment.

- Experience in facilitating the set-up of meetings which include coordinate, schedule and e-mail meeting notices, reserve conference rooms, arrange video conference, prepare meeting rooms, print and post charts, set up teleconferences, drive charts and/or assist with Teams meetings.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
