Job Title: 3rd Shift Milling Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Milling Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves using all the machine’s tooling, troubleshooting cutting tools, setting up, running, inspecting parts, and addressing common manufacturing issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operations of automated production CNC machine cells.

• Use all machine tooling proficiently.

• Troubleshoot tools that are cutting improperly and make necessary changes to correct the root cause before tool failure.

• Set up, run, and inspect parts throughout the shift.

• Troubleshoot common manufacturing issues.

Essential Skills

• Blueprint reading

• Quality check

• Use of calipers and micrometers

• CNC machining

• Inspection and quality control

• Understanding of G&M codes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00
