Harmony Gardens Assisted Living is hiring a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in our new building in Maplewood, MN. Assisted Living experience preferred!
Harmony Gardens , a welcoming and progressive senior living community in Maplewood, MN, is searching for a passionate Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to become a valuable part of our growing family. Our brand-new campus, unveiled in December 2022, is conveniently situated just 2 miles away from Maplewood Mall, delightful parks (Hazelwood and Harvest Park), and a variety of dining options. At Harmony Gardens, we pride ourselves on providing independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and long-term care in a state-of-the-art and compassionate environment.
This is a Part-Time, benefit eligible position available working a varied schedule including every other weekend.
Shift: Day (AM) (8:30am to 5:00pm)

What does a Nurse do?
Completes assessments according to regulatory schedule of residents to ensure the resident is appropriately placed and needs are being met.
Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
Assists with supervision of medication management policy and practice for licensed and unlicensed nursing staff.
Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
Document resident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
What does a Nurse require?
Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license.
Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
