Here, you will make an impact by:Supporting processes to improve transit time, reduce quality discrepancies and optimize cost throughout 3Ms global transportation networkCollaborating with internal 3M stakeholders and external Logistics Partners to achieve desired outcomesSupporting 3M Logistics strategies by organizing global data and information into key KPIs and operational insightsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionThree (3) years of Logistics or Supply Chain experience in a private, public, government or military environmentTwo (2) years of experience developing and executing data analyses within Supply Chain functionsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Six (6) years of Transportation experience in a private, public, government or military environmentMaster's degree from an accredited institutionStrong analytical, problem solving and organizational skillsAdvanced Microsoft Suite skills including Excel, Power BI and PowerPointExperience with SAP software, including Transportation Management (TM) applicationSelf-motivated ability to work both independently and within a team environmentAbility to be flexible and agile, to support evolving responsibilities within TransportationWork location:Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially.
