Staffmark Receiving Coordinator in Maple Lake, Minnesota

Pro Staff is hiring a Receiving Coordinator in Maple Lake, MN! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring all incoming products are accurately received, labeled, and moved to their designated locations promptly. If you have manufacturing and shipping experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! As a Receiving Coordinator, you'll systematically receive all incoming products, label them with correct part numbers, and move them to their designated storage locations. You'll also be responsible for counting and processing intercompany shipments, running weekly cycle counts for Uline products, and performing daily safety inspections of forklifts. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the warehouse. Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM $18.00 per hour Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education. Minimum 1 year of manufacturing and shipping experience. Ability to be forklift certified and operate equipment safely. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, IQMS). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Team player with excellent communication skills. Attention to detail is essential. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
