Boston Scientific Senior Project Manager, Chief of Staff for CMO in Maple Grove, Minnesota

Work Location: Any US Boston Scientific Location. Work Mode: Hybrid, 3 days required onsite. No remote employees. About the Role: The Senior Project Manager will serve as the "Chief of Staff" to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), acting as a strategic partner and operational leader. This role will oversee key initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful execution of clinical and medical training activities. The Senior Project Manager will be the CMO's right-hand person, managing the CMO's office and supporting key projects across the organization. Your Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:Assist the CMO in prioritizing key initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic business objectives. Stakeholder Engagement:Gather input from key stakeholders to help define metrics, build dashboards, and track the progress of key objectives. Communication & Reporting:Provide regular status updates to leadership teams, ensuring alignment on project timelines and deliverables. Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand functional strategies, ensuring seamless integration across teams. Operational Excellence:Drive efficient operations, ensuring workflows are streamlined and timelines are adhered to. Performance Tracking:Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess organizational performance and project success. Liaison Role:Facilitate communication between the CMO and other departments, such as R&D, regulatory affairs, marketing, and sales. Project Leadership:Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams on specific projects, fostering alignment and collaboration across departments. Team Support:Act as a liaison between the clinical team and other stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns as they arise. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. 8+ years of work experience in project management and cross-functional team leadership role, ideally in a clinical or medical setting. Strong executive presence, comfortable communicating with and presenting to all levels of leadership and able to tailor communications to the audience. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of managing complex projects. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior leadership, teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to mentor and coach team members to achieve project goals.
