About the Role: Boston Scientific is seeking a dynamic leader passionate about driving change, evolving our work processes, and shaping the future of our organization. In this role, you will enable and support the delivery of Cardiology Human Resources (HR) initiatives, enhancing the team member experience. You will partner and collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Center of Excellence (COE) Partners, and HR Project Managers to plan, sequence, and deliver work that supports our Cardiology team. Through these partnerships, you will enhance the impact of your partner teams, prioritize and sequence their work, and lead cross-functional projects. You should demonstrate a proactive problem-solving attitude and a willingness to challenge the status quo to drive organizational growth and development. This is a hands-on role that requires a leader capable of both developing effective strategies and taking ownership to ensure their successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: Proactively lead, prioritize, sequence, and support the delivery of strategic HR priorities and initiatives: organizational, team, and culture, including acquisition integration activities. Develop and execute change plans in support of key organizational and team evolution. Transition teams and organizations from the current state to the desired future state, covering areas such as role design, workflow, and team effectiveness, from announcement to adoption. Proactively lead programs for various culture, organizational, and team initiatives; determine the best delivery method and engagement plan. Build key HR and business partner relationships across Cardiology and our COEs. Work closely with COE divisional contacts and partners to align divisional HR strategy with overall COE initiatives. Leverage the right tools and resources at the right time, partnering with COEs to design or adapt existing content. Establish a high level of proficiency in our HR dashboards and ensure the effective use of data in generating important Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all key HR programs and initiatives. Monitor progress, address challenges, and adapt plans to ensure successful outcomes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, or strategic execution, ideally in HR or a related field. Proven ability to design, lead, and implement large-scale change initiatives from concept to adoption. Strong critical thinking skills paired with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Demonstrated ability to identify, define, and resolve ambiguous problems. Proficiency in analytics tools to measure outcomes and drive informed decision-making. Experience in establishing and driving change plans. Strength in critical thinking, ability to connect the dots, and excellent data interpretation skills. Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional groups and global partners, and engaging and influencing stakeholders. Practical knowledge of project management principles and their application to strategic priorities. Ability to manage and adjust multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Clearly articulate and communicate delivery solutions o a variety of audiences, distilling complex information into a digestible format. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders across cross-functional and divisional teams. Experience building strategic change plans, updating and organizing data and content, and working with surveys and associated technology. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (e.g., Master of Business Administration [MBA]) in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field. Certification in change management methodologies, such as Prosci Change Management Certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP). Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
