The Senior HR Program Specialist role provides a unique opportunity to shape impactful HR programs and initiatives that align with both corporate strategies and divisional priorities. This position supports the Vice President of Human Resources and the broader HR team by managing highly confidential materials and navigating sensitive situations with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage HR programs for the divisional HRBP team to ensure alignment with corporate strategies, business strategies, and divisional priorities. Collaborate with COE divisional partners to integrate divisional HR strategy with overall COE initiatives. Support the divisional HR Vice President and HRBP team in coordination, planning, and implementation of corporate HR annual initiatives and cyclical processes, such as CMS cycles, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals, HR dashboards and metrics, bi-annual manager audits, corporate engagement surveys, and divisional awards. Schedule and facilitate HR meetings, including preparation of agendas, taking notes, and follow-up on action items to ensure alignment and progress. Serve as the HR VIP Champion by managing divisional project funnels, meetings, and action logs. Support community and engagement initiatives within the division. Act as a liaison with stakeholders, ensuring timely and clear communication of program expectations to team members and stakeholders. Provide updates through standard status reports and participate in departmental and customer project status meetings. Conduct postmortems on lifecycle projects and communicate lessons learned to identify successful and unsuccessful elements. Generate and maintain reports from SuccessFactors, summarize development and functional projects, and analyze HR-specific data to prepare executive summaries with actionable recommendations. Gather and prepare data for HR initiatives and programs, including creation of supporting files and documents in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Support culture, engagement, and community initiatives by assisting team members and occasionally leading programs. Create and maintain team sites to organize divisional dashboards and metrics. Maintain productivity in a deadline-driven environment by meeting standards for department inquiries, HR-related data, and documentation updates. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in human resources. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Preferred Qualifications: Human resources certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR). Experience developing engaging presentations, organizing data, and working with surveys and related technologies. Proven ability to execute tasks while demonstrating collaboration, relationship-building, and effective communication skills. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Attention to detail and a high degree of concentration. Experience leveraging AI tools to support innovation and organizational initiatives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
