This position is a key role in advancing our company's presence at industry-leading events while ensuring compliance, innovation, and excellence in execution Responsibilities Leads the development and execution of strategic tradeshows that support company and divisional initiatives; recommends appropriate messages and tactics. Incorporates medical device product and market knowledge to craft impactful attendee experiences. Acts as a champion for tradeshow strategies across the organization, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales objectives. Oversees tradeshow planning and execution, ensuring adherence to industry standards, corporate guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Provides information and direction to cross-functional teams on event logistics, compliance considerations (e.g., Sunshine Act reporting), and brand consistency. Develops and manage timelines, staffing plans, and event schedules to ensure seamless execution. Identifies, partners with, and manages vendors, including exhibit houses, audiovisual providers, and event technology platforms, to meet event objectives. Negotiate and establish service-level agreements that optimize value and performance. Analyzes key performance metrics for tradeshows, including attendee engagement, ROI, and lead generation and provides actionable recommendations to improve event outcomes and align with business goals. Stays current on tradeshow-specific trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the medical device and healthcare industries. Ensure consistency with corporate branding and regulatory compliance across all tradeshow activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field. 7+ years' experience managing tradeshow experiences in a corporate environmentpreferably in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries. Must be able to confidently lead small and large cross-functional teams. Proven expertise in managing large-scale tradeshow logistics, including booth design, vendor coordination, and attendee engagement strategies. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance practices, including the Sunshine Act and FDA guidelines. Experience with event technology platforms (e.g., registration systems, lead retrieval tools, virtual event platforms) and project management software. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and analyze ROI metrics. Must have demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and prepare materials with a high degree of accuracy. Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, energetic, creative and problem-solving thinker, able to exercise sound judgment. Must have strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
