Behavioral Health Growth Specialist Fast-paced, high volume department is looking for top skilled professional. Is that you? Work location: 240 N. Miller Rd., Mansfield, TX 76063 Work hours: Full-time, Days- working 40 hours weekly Department highlights: · Flexible schedule · Creative therapies that offer personal expression and multidisciplinary treatment plans · Collaborative team approach Here’s What You Need High school diploma is required 3 Years Sales or physician relations experience, preferably in healthcare provider setting or substance use treatment experience required DL - Drivers License Valid Driver's License Upon Hire Required Skills Both oral and written communication skills are vital to effective performance in this position. Must be able to articulate feedback from physicians and administrators in a positive, concise and clear manner. What You Will Do Facilitate growth in strategically designated THBH services as defined by the established and approved development plan for assigned product, facility, or territory. Identify, initiate, and maintain contact with targeted stakeholders which include, but are not limited to, physician practices and other referral sources with the intent to increase utilization of Texas Health services. This includes attendance at mental health and recovery (substance use disorder) oriented events with the goal of keeping THBH relevant and actively engaged in these communities.
Develop monthly/quarterly sales plans which include tracking and trending of both financial and volume contributions.
Establish and maintain mutually beneficial working relationships with internal stakeholders (leadership, service line directors, operations managers, etc.) to encourage market orientation of service offerings and service delivery process improvement to encourage physician utilization of THBH services.
