Financial Services firm located in Mansfield, MA is looking for a highly technical Business Systems Analyst with strong SQL and T-SQL skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance internal applications using SQL and T-SQL

• Collaborate closely with users to understand their needs and translate these into technical requirements

• Maintain and perform necessary updates on existing applications

• Utilize your skills in API development to improve the functionality of our systems

• Work on enhancement projects, improving applications based on user feedback

• Analyze and solve complex problems related to the applications

• Understand business processes and requirements to design effective solutions

• Work on application servicing and maintenance tasks

• Translate business requirements into SQL queries and scripts

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Requirements • Proficient in SQL and T-SQL - Transact-SQL.

• Experience with API Development.

• Understanding of Insurance - Casualty Industry.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business needs and provide effective solutions.

• Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with different stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a team and independently.

• Strong problem-solving skills to address system issues.

• Experience in project management methodologies.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferable.

• Familiarity with data modeling and design patterns.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
