22nd Century Technologies, Inc Psychiatrist - Region 5 in Mansfield, Ohio
Job title: Psychiatrist- Region 5 Location: Mansfield, OH 44901 Duration: 6 Months with potential extension Shifts: 40 hrs/week (8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.) Pay Rate: $170/hr. - $175/hr. Per hour Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, write reports, and manage medication for 12-16 patients per 8-hour shift. Collaborate with staff to administer treatment using nationally recognized standards and document via electronic health records. Order and interpret diagnostic tests; make referrals for specialized care. Adhere to ODRC policies, procedures, and American Correctional Association standards. Participate in quality improvement activities, including peer reviews. Required Education: Board-eligible or board-certified psychiatrist with an active Ohio medical license. Healthcare-professional level BLS/CPR certification. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification (required for assignment). U.S. Passport or Naturalization card (if applicable). License: Healthcare-professional level CPR certification. Ohio Medical License - attached separately. Drug Enforcement Administration certification. Additional Information: No on-call coverage; no nights, weekends, or holidays. Assignment may last at least 6 months; potential for permanent hire. Both phone interview and on-site meeting/tour required. Drug and TB test documents must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to start. Facility restrictions: No cell phones until approved; must clear metal detector; no cans, tobacco, vapes, etc.; food/drinks in clear containers; no more than 1 gallon of water permitted.
