[We are growing, again!! We are a small but growing fleet repair shop. Due to this growth, we are creating a new position. The Parts Coordinator will be responsible for the oversight of purchase orders, parts ordering, receiving, cataloging, inventory management and reconciliation of all parts. The Parts Coordinator will also be responsible for providing administrative support to our Shop Managers to help the shop run efficiently with attention to cost and inventory. The person hired should have a willingness to learn, have exceptional customer relationship skills and a positive, team minded attitude.

[Execute parts inventory management processes to include conducting physical inventory, parts ordering, receiving, coordinating parts pick-up and delivery as well as stocking inventory]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[Maintaining records and statistics such as min-max levels for inventory control.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[Responsible for warranty and parts returns to vendors]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[Responsible for parts room organization and cleanliness.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[Conscience of profit and loss.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[Communicate with customer and service manager on parts status.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
