Overview: We are seeking a motivated and inquisitive Law Clerk to join our Mankato office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our attorneys and paralegals on a variety of legal projects while gaining valuable experience in many areas of transactional law. The position is ideal for an undergraduate or law school student who is passionate about pursuing a legal career. Key Responsibilities Include: Perform essential administrative duties such as organizing transaction closing books, company record books and handling various office tasks. Assist with drafting legal documents and conducting research under the guidance of attorneys and paralegals. Support attorneys, paralegals and legal administrative assistants with a range of projects, contributing to both client-facing and internal initiatives. Opportunity to grow into responsibilities including client communication and advanced document drafting as you develop in the role. A background as an undergraduate student or law school student is preferred.
