COUNTY OF MANITOWOC Outpatient Psychotherapist in MANITOWOC, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manitowoc County\'s Human Services Department is seeking an Outpatient Psychotherapist to join their Clinical Services team! This position will provide and facilitate services for children/youth/adults with a mental illness and/or substance use disorders with the goal of avoiding institutionalization and enabling the individuals to live in the community in the most productive and least restrictive manner possible. This position: Provides sex offender treatment to juveniles who are court ordered to receive juvenile sex offender treatment. Provides individual and family counseling for ordered youth in need of sex offender treatment. Provides group and individual counseling to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorder. Provides case management, direct services and coordination of services with other providers. Assists clients with improving daily living skills. Provides crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing mental health or substance abuse crisis situations.
