FORWARD SERVICE CORP FSET and W2 Case Manager in MANITOWOC, Wisconsin

Our non-profit firm is seeking one full-time FSET and W2 Case Manager to help those we serve achieve their dreams. The home office is located in Wautoma, WI. The dual FSET & W-2 Case Manager provides direct case management services by assessing applicant\'s needs, making referrals and empowering individuals to reach self-sufficiency. The Case Manager develops and maintains employer relations, community awareness and partnerships. PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE Provides individual or group presentations to eligible participants on job search, job readiness, and job retention techniques. Determine eligibility for W2 and related services. Monitor and action reports to ensure compliance in both programs. Enter data accurately and timely into appropriate required systems. Counsel individuals with strength-based, motivational employment and training. Support individuals applying for SSI or SSDI benefits with application and referral information. Provide through on-going case management, Employability Plan development, and coordination with other agencies to facilitate needed services such as education, training, job search, and formal assessment. This position is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all participants, quality assurance, fraud referral, benefit issuance, and accurate case maintenance. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Associates degree and two plus years work-related experience and/or equivalent combination or education and experience. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS We offer a competitive wage for this full-time, non-exempt position with a starting rate of \$23.56/hour with additional compensation based on experience beyond the minimum requirement. Additional compensation of \$1.00/hr awarded upon completion of FEP (Financial Employment Planner) training and New Hire Training Plan.
