We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader - Engineering who will assist in the smooth and efficient running of the hotel’s Engineering Department, providing services as required to the entire operation, maintaining equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible to all guestroom-related works, supervising a team of technicians assigned for guestroom floors. You will monitor the status of all work order requests received by the department and ensure the timely preparation of all requests for quotation and payment. You will also be managing the inventory of all engineering supplies.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates would have held a similar role in luxury hotels for at least 2 years, and shall possess the following qualities:

· Strong management and leadership capabilities

· Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills with high regard for detail and accuracy

· Passion for working with people

· Degree in Engineering is an advantage
