Johnson & Johnson is actively seeking a Senior Analyst for the Corporate Applications A2R team within Financial Systems & Data Management organization. This role will focus on the end user support and access management for BlackLine, but will also include the support of other A2R Corporate Applications. The primary work location will be in Manila, and the position will report to the local Manager of the Corporate Applications group in Manila.

The Senior Analyst within the Corporate Applications Team should be a collaborative individual with the ability to cultivate relationships with global business partners at all levels, while appreciating diversity in fostering effective communications and processes. This candidate should also inspire others to accept and navigate process changes in a constructive and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the user setup process across various BlackLine modules and other Corporate Applications in accordance with access request forms or online tool submissions.

Provide end user support and manage issues related to Corporate Applications technology solutions, utilizing sound judgment to distinguish between process-related inquiries and technical challenges.

Manage tool interfaces, configurations, and ongoing maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality.

Ensure that all user access and system administration processes comply with CIA and SOX requirements

Perform both detective controls and mandatory SOX compliance procedures.

Facilitate the development of reports required for SOX compliance, ensuring key control signoffs are secured.

Maintain current documentation and ensure timely communication or accessibility for users as needed.

Support the team in collecting evidence for annual CIA audits.

Flexibly adjust work shifts as needed to guarantee sufficient user support during pre and post-quarter close periods.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes, actively collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective execution.

Support expansion and enhancements projects

  • Monitor, test, and document all upgrades

  • Assist in performance and regression testing for break-fixes and enhancements to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain and enhance Vital page and Service Management processes to improve overall effectiveness.

Organize and participate in Local Admin Trainings to foster team competency.

Contribute to special projects as needed to support sustained business growth.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline required

  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, PMP) is an advantage

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance is required

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills are essential

  • Must possess the ability to leverage technology effectively in a global role

  • Proven experience in independently troubleshooting system-related issues with a customer service-oriented mindset is required.

  • Intermediate proficiency in common Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint, along with advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions) are necessary.

  • Experience with BlackLine, CoStar, or Appian is strongly preferred

  • Experience with Alteryx, and Tableau applications is an advantage

  • Experience with SAP ERPs (ECC, S/4, , SAP Central Finance) is preferred

  • This position is based in Manila and may require up to 5% travel
