You’ll make a difference by:

  • Being responsible for profitable growth of Building Products for Fire Detection, Alarm and Evacuation, Extinguishing, Public Address and Voice Alarm, and Digital Business in the Philippines.

  • Driving Fire Safety business growth through indirect sales channels including Value-Added Partners, Consultants, Project Management, End-Customers, and Property Developers.

  • Increasing market share for Extinguishing systems in targeted verticals as per business strategy.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, designers, specifiers, and customers.

  • Collaborating with ASEAN segment promoters to develop necessary sales and technical expertise.

  • Maintaining a monthly sales funnel with accurate forecasting and ensure revenue margins meet targets.

  • Developing existing sales partners, support their productivity and growth, and provide training and on-boarding for new partners.

You’ll win us over by:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Fire Science, or related field, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing of Fire Safety and PA/VA Systems.

  • Having experience in channel/partner management and business development.

  • Having knowledge of relevant Fire Safety Standards, Regulations, and Codes.

  • Being familiar with BMS, HVAC, and Security Systems is advantageous.

  • Having excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus.

  • Having an established network of end-customers, consultants, designers, and specifiers is essential.

  • Proven experience in channel selling through distributors or resellers, with the ability to drive business partners to achieve sales targets
