Does that sound like you? Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team. We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel for the Siemens Legal Hub in the Philippines.

You'll make an impact by:

• Provide legal advice to Siemens companies in South East Asia, Australia, and the Middle East, with a focus on tasks such as contract drafting, review, and negotiation, risk mitigation, bid preparation, dispute and claims management.

• Assist sales teams in developing new business models and digital offerings, e.g. preparation of software as a service offerings or innovative licensing models.

• Be an innovative and business-oriented member of our Legal Hub in the Philippines, contributing to our regional scope in South East Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.

• Test and implement new legal tech solutions to enhance our legal operations.

Your defining qualities:

• Law Degree with at least 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) from a leading law firm or international company.

• Philippine Bar Membership (or Bar Membership in another jurisdiction).

• LL.M. in common law jurisdiction or knowledge in common law system (helpful but not mandatory).

• Highly skilled in contract review, drafting and negotiation.

• Claims management experience.

• Proficient in corporate and business law.

• Strong interest in legal tech applications and willingness to implement and improve such applications.
