As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data in Data Override Tool (DOT). The primary focus will be on data enrichment of accounts and contacts to guarantee data is up to date. The number of records to be fulfilled must be met according to the set target by the Business Unit.

1. Data Enrichment (DOT and Special Projects -Small Law, SLG, Federal Government, Corporate, GNS) Enhancing existing data with the latest information to improve its quality and completeness for sales and marketing purposes A. Data Validation and Cleansing: Verifying the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data through validation rules and cleansing processes. There are approved internet sources that are used to validate and cleanse. This may involve correcting errors, filling in missing values, and removing outliers. B. Data Standardization: Standardize data formats and values, as necessary to ensure consistency across systems. C. Deduplication: Identifying and removing duplicate records within a dataset to eliminate redundancy on special projects2 . Productivity and Target Productivity as a Data Quality Analyst refers to the efficiency and effectiveness with which the analyst enriches and improves the quality of data within the tool A. Data Enrichment in DOT: Number of records cleansed and validated for a day must be 156 records (24 records per hour). The weekly goal is to reach 100% in productivity. B. Data Enrichment for special projects: Target varies depending on the complexity of the requests

1. Data Management Skills: Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, data profiling, data cleansing, and data integration. 2. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies within datasets. 3. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data quality issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop effective solutions. 4. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with stakeholders, documenting data quality requirements, and presenting findings and recommendations. 5. Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate data quality requirements, assess risks, and make informed decisions to improve data quality processes. 6. Computer Literacy and Proficiency in MS Office Programs: Competency in using computer systems and software applications, particularly Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

   Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in data quality, analysis or working with CRM software along with a general understanding of typical Windows desktop applications. InterAction experience a plus.

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams consisting of US and International-based employees, as well as customer resources in multiple locations and time zones.

• Ability to provide detailed information and along with the ability to summarize effectively for management.

• Ability to work under pressure and within an environment of constant change.

• Excellent organization and analytical skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
