RELX INC Customer Success Manager (Seamless Renewals) in Manila, Philippines

Key accountabilities

  • A key point of contact for accounts to reach out to for support with their subscription, ICIS solutions and services or other relevant queries

  • High value, high quality engagement with customers throughout the subscription cycle which maintains customer satisfaction, engagement and loyalty

  • Provide training on ICIS solutions where required, including onboarding new users, and thus supporting customers to achieve their desired outcomes using our products and services, making them an effective and integral part of users’ workflow

  • Analyze usage data and utilize your findings to deliver impactful and valuable engagements

  • Manage upsell and growth opportunities with accounts within your portfolio when they arise, following the ICIS value based sales approach

Qualifications:

  • Experience in network-building and account management

  • At least 2 years of sales experience

  • Experience in prospecting/upselling

Additional for internal applicants:

  • Must be in current role for 1 year

  • Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months

  • Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 month

  • Must have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle
