We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative in the Facility Management sector.
Responsibilities
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
Elaborate marketing & sales plan for facility management sector aiming at development of business and rapid growth,
Identify business opportunities leads incl. following up on new or ongoing projects.
Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; appointment setting ; presentation of company’s services: preparation of proposal, follow up and negotiation; obtaining the contract and handover to the operation team
Develop and keep relation with related authorities of the sector
Put in place and keep high efficiency of a market information and industry intelligence system
Responsible to report all the opportunities, proposals in AWI (CRM tool)
Develop technical and commercial proposal to replying to call for tender, with support of technical team
Liaison with other countries, Technical Centers and related Global Business Lines to get the necessary support
Identify and obtain the new and existing legislation, regulation and standard and codes which may lead to develop our business
Responsible for all the marketing actions (events, fair, workshop) of the sector
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in any disciplines with a minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience in related field
Strong business sense, commercial mindset and industry expertise in facility management
Successful previous experience of winning contracts in the facility management industry / construction activities
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Can work independently with minimum supervision
Proficient in office software (Lotus Note, MS office, PowerPoint, MS project management)
Fluent in English
Sales-oriented and self-motivated
