Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a 2-year vocational degree, desirably a business-related course.
Must have a Japanese language proficiency of JLPT N2.
With at least 3 years of relevant banking experience or any non-bank financial institution.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide communication support to Japanese Corporate Banking Department members in Japanese including but not limited to the KYC process, credit-related matters and any transactions that require interaction with Head Office and Japanese clients.
Provide general support to Department Head or Team Head of JCD.
Based on branch goals, develop and discuss customer strategy, targets, including KPIs for the year with the DH and TH.
Work in partnership with products-related departments for promotion-related activities.
Responsible for negotiation of rates and fees also ensuring required margins are applied to relevant transactions.
Negotiates with clients the terms and conditions of banking transactions.
