Maintenance Technicians in Manchester, TN 37355

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work on assembly equipment, water jet machines, hydraulics, and injection mold machines. You may also assist with general facilities maintenance as needed. Most of this equipment is unique to the plant, and you will receive training during the first two months on the job.

Responsibilities

• Work on assembly equipment, water jet machines, hydraulics, and injection mold machines.

• Assist with general facilities maintenance when required.

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs.

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems and other industrial automation equipment.

• Utilize hand tools to perform maintenance tasks.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic.

• Work with motors, conveyors, and robotics.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Multicraft Maintenance Technician.

• Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.

• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and control systems.

• Ability to perform electrical troubleshooting.

• Skilled in the use of hand tools.
