Brady Sullivan Properties HVAC Facilities Manager in Manchester, New Hampshire
Brady Sullivan Properties is seeking an experienced leader in the HVAC industry. Qualified candidate must have a proven track record for providing operational excellence for our commercial properties in the Manchester, NH area. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee successful execution of our HVAC and mechanical operations. If you possess a deep understanding of the HVAC industry, and have a passion for leadership, we want to hear from you. Candidate is responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet the company's established standards and any applicable laws.
Qualified Candidate Requirements:
10+ years’ experience in the Commercial HVAC field
At least five years of this experience should involve a commercial management leadership role
Associate degree in HVAC Technology or related field or equivalent HVAC related trade Journeyman program
Troubleshooting and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split systems, and more.
Rotating equipment such as compressors, turbines, blowers, pumps, gearboxes and associated drive systems
Fixed equipment such as heat exchangers, coolers and cold boxes
Building systems such as chillers, cooling towers and water treatment systems
EPA certification required
NH Gas Fitters License
Knowledge of safety practices
Excellent interpersonal skills
Oversee cost estimation of corrective-maintenance, preventive-maintenance and/or projects
The ability to work independently as well as work well with others as part of a team
Abilities to install, maintain, and repair Commercial HVAC equipment
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
