Reporting to the [Territory] Business Manager, the business, the Business Partner will be accountable for the success of Tier 1 associate hiring at regional and site level, leveraging tactical mechanisms to deliver our goals. You will partner with stakeholders from Operations, PxT, Planning and Finance to manage new hire labor requests and associated risks.

This role is an individual contributor. It is assigned to a primary and where required, secondary, business line to facilitate business continuity across key responsibilities and tasks.

  • Execute standard rhythm of business activity as part of the labour planning, ordering and hiring lifecycle for allocated business line

  • Proactively address emerging roadblocks to enable collective success new hire labour requests

  • Ownership for Labor Order verification and alignment/adjustment, including Labor Order changes, working with Business, Agency and Central Teams POCs, to ensure process compliance at regional and site level

  • Resolve business facing questions and escalations in a timely manner, escalating to Business Managers when Central Teams or senior stakeholder involvement is required

  • Collaborate with WFS Central Teams to analyse site level hot spots of hiring risk or process defects to identify root cause

  • Leveraging WFS Central Teams for the provision of data, insights and risk mitigation to inform business decisions

  • Support the delivery of business-facing programs of work that assist in the practical improvement of mechanisms and processes

  • Own actions and outcomes from business-facing lessons learned at the appropriate level that are both tactical and process-driven

  • Representing WFS in cross functional strategic programs at country and/or Regional level.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or equivalent.

Experience in volume staffing, capacity planning, operations, or an associated function.

Highly numerate, with strong analytical/Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree or equivalent

  • Previous experience partnering with cross functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy of hiring activity and understanding of risks

  • Able to deliver independently, and take the lead on tactical initiatives.

  • Comfortable using data and evidence to convey ideas and recommendations on topics at regional and site level

  • Deep knowledge in one or more areas of WFS operations with awareness of wider core business objectives, who customers are and how metrics impact the services that are provided

  • High standard of concise narrative writing skills with data and recommendations

  • Knowledge and understanding of internal and external metrics, drivers and focus areas for the business and organisation.

  • Comfortable using data and evidence to convey ideas and recommendations on complex topics that scale across regions.

  • Adaptable and flexible to respond to the changing needs of the business while maintaining velocity

  • An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.

  • Comfortable with high volume workload.
