Amazon Strategic Partner Manager , UK3P in Manchester, United Kingdom

Description

As a Strategic Account Manager in UK3P, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving growth for our largest and most strategic sellers. In this role, you will:

• Provide holistic performance management and oversight for our top sellers. This includes identifying and addressing any concerning performance trends, and escalating issues to leadership teams in the UK and EU as needed.

• Develop and implement best-in-class account management frameworks to build long-term, high-value relationships with these key sellers. The goal is to drive sustained, profitable growth for both the sellers and Amazon.

• Establish data-driven processes to identify high-potential sellers across multiple marketplaces, using a scientific approach that can be scaled. This will allow us to proactively engage with and support the most promising sellers.

• Engage directly with C-suite leaders at seller organizations to drive strategic alignment, influence long-term investments, and strengthen our partnerships.

• Effectively navigate the complexities of a matrixed organizational environment to deliver consistently strong results.

• Streamline seller engagement and support, reducing pain points and tailoring our assistance to each seller's unique needs. This will enhance internal productivity while improving the seller experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in strategic account management, deep e-commerce expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive change in a complex, fast-paced environment. Basic Qualifications

  • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business

  • Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across a wide spectrum of customer engagement levels
