About The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and adaptable acousticians at Senior or Principal level to join us across our UK offices (Belfast, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, London, Manchester and Winnersh) . We have specialists based across the UK and Poland who work with numerous high-profile clients solving complex noise and vibration issues both nationally and globally and have a proven track record in the successful delivery of projects across a broad range of sectors including environmental, transportation, industrial and buildings.

We are technically diverse team, continuously evolving our capabilities into new fields, leveraging our innovation expertise. Our project delivery strengths are enhanced by our advanced innovative and integrated approach to noise modelling and its automation, along with its assessment using multiple software packages. These include CadnaA, SoundPlan, IMMI, NoiseMap, ArcGIS, SQL, EASE, and INSUL.

About you

Our highly productive and successful team is based on great teamwork and a mindset focused on growth and innovation. We are looking for people who place a high value in forging connections with trust and integrity, with a proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with others.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Appropriate qualification in acoustics or related science degree, post-graduate qualifications an advantage

  • Chartered or professional member of relevant professional body

  • Strong knowledge in relevant noise propagation, prediction methods and computational noise modelling packages

  • Experience in interpretation and application of guidance and British Standards relevant to noise and vibration impact and assessment

  • Ideally experience in computer programming, ArcGIS, ArcPro, SQL

  • Valid UK driving licence
