Your role and responsibilities
A Product Manager for this customer will:
Champion a product-led delivery ensuring that all work supports a clear value case.
Collaborate with the customers teams and broader stakeholders to articulate the product vision strategy and roadmap measures of success dashboards and performance framework.
Create and maintaine the Product Backlog and Roadmap describing how the value and vision will be realised.
Maintaining transparency among stakeholders the product team and Digital Platforms regarding quality and timescale expectations..

A Product Manager for this customer will:

Collaborating with HMRC’s team and broader stakeholders to articulate the product vision strategy and roadmap measures of success dashboards and performance framework.
Creating and maintaining the Product Backlog and Roadmap describing how the value and vision will be realised.
Maintain transparency among stakeholders the product team and Digital Platforms regarding quality and timescale expectations.
Ensure the service delivers the policy intent.
Advocate User needs including accessibility.

Preferred technical and professional experience
Prioritise user stories for each work sprint.
Input to technical content and design solutions.
Manage dependencies/constraints e.g. external interface development.
Agree with HMRC when story outcomes are complete.//
Actively participate in HMRC craft communities sharing IBM best practices and thought leadership.
The Product Manager will be pivotal across the product development lifecycle with evolving responsibilities.
During the Discovery phase they will drive the work of the multi-disciplinary team to identify user needs potential solutions own and prioritise the feature backlog and lead the development of a Product Roadmap which will maximise value delivery and ROI.
They will work closely with the development teams during Alpha and Beta to ensure that the value is delivered
