We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team, specializing in operating horizontal machines. The ideal candidate will have experience with machine setup, tool selection, and part inspection, and must be able to maintain tight tolerances. Responsibilities

• Configure and calibrate horizontal CNC machines based on job specifications.

• Load and run CNC programs, making adjustments as needed.

• Choose appropriate cutting tools for materials and job tasks.

• Measure and inspect parts using precision tools to ensure accuracy.

• Perform routine maintenance on the machine, such as cleaning, refilling coolant, and changing tooling.

• Ensure that parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.

• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and equipment damage.

The essential functions of this role include:

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
