Vanguard User Experience Designer, Specialist in Malvern, Pennsylvania
Vanguard is currently looking for a skilled and experienced User Experience Designer, Specialist to join our team in Malvern. As a UX Designer at Vanguard, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering outstanding user experiences that set new industry standards. You'll collaborate with teams across departments and work closely with business leaders to translate business requirements and user needs into highly usable web page and site designs. Your deep understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, and user behavior will be instrumental in creating flawless designs. Furthermore, you'll analyze data and user feedback to continuously enhance the user experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished UX Designer to make a meaningful impact and contribute to Vanguard's world-class client experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide senior level UI design services, including designing web page/site layout, navigation, and content elements
Translate business requirements and user needs into UI designs
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams and business leaders to deliver design, prototype, and documentation to the highest possible standards
Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually enhance the user experience.
Present design solutions to senior management, project teams, partners, and other involved parties.
Test UI design to ensure desired look and feel
Train and mentor junior staff in effective user experience design techniques
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a UX Designer
An undergraduate degree or equivalent training and experience in a creative or technical field
Advanced knowledge in user-centered design principles, visual design, and user behavior and interactions
