What you'll do: *
Assist Regulatory Relations Officer with organization and management of regulatory examinations throughout the year.

Maintain detailed tracking information on submissions to agencies
*
Upload documentation on a regular basis to complete regulatory requests and requirements
*
Update and maintain continuous monitoring submissions and files to relevant regulatory agencies
*
Communicate with external regulators and internal senior/executive management and business units to coordinate events and meetings
*
Coordinate with Information Security and Physical Security for regulatory logistical support
*
Organize incoming material requests and communicate with internal team members
*
Prepare meeting agendas for continuous monitoring meetings and track follow-up items to ensure proper and timely fulfillment by responsible team members
*
Consolidate large amounts of information into easily digestible formats
*
Document key processes for the Regulatory Relations team
What do you need? *
1-2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or a related field
*
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
*
Ability to take complex concepts and communicate them in a clear/concise manner
*
Exceptional organizational skills
*
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
*
Ability to prioritize relayed tasks and plan according to set deadlines
*
Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking skills, and a strong attention to detail
*
Elite team player, positive attitude, receptive to feedback, and the desire to constantly grow and improve
Technology Skills: *
Proficiency in Microsoft Office -- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook
