Saint-Gobain Project Manager in MALVERN, Pennsylvania

Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects across North-America to ensure timely and quality completion.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Create project schedules, manage resources, participate in prioritizing projects, control progress, and communicate status using project management tools, reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
Build and maintain relationships with key project decision-makers.
Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to agree on technical design solutions that enhance project outcomes.
Provide technical support throughout the project.
Execute and ensure quality documentation of current and future solution designs.
Mentor and support other project managers on best practices and methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant experience in the required field.
5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) & tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Jira, Monday, Smartsheet).
Experience in manufacturing industry, solution architecture, system administration, mentoring and/or remote team environment are a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, TOGAF, CompTIA, CSM, or equivalent) are a plus.
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Fluent in French, with strong verbal and written communication skills preferred.
Open for travel within North-America.

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $75,500.00 to $116,900 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $83,000 to $128,500. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
