BluePearl Emergency Veterinarian Mentorship Training Program in Malvern, Pennsylvania
BluePearl Pet Hospital in Malvern is proud to offer our Emergency Veterinarian Mentorship Training Program, EmERge . Our EmERge program helps you obtain the skills and the confidence that you need to be a successful Emergency Veterinarian at one of our state-of-the-art hospitals. The program is offered beginning in January and in June annually.
What you Need to be considered for BluePearl’s EmERge program:
You must be a graduate of an AVMA accredited veterinary school.
You must have passed (or pending) the NAVLE.
You must have (or be eligible for) a license to practice in the state of interest.

You will receive one to one peer guided mentorship in emergency medicine designed to prepare you to become a highly trained and confident emergency clinician.
The program provides valuable experience by combining case-based lectures, interactive seminars, hands-on practice labs, and mentoring.

Program Structure :
EmERge is a one-year training program, followed by a one-year post-EmERge employment commitment by you. The EmERge program is divided into 3 phases:
Phase one: 14 weeks of accelerated training . This immersive experience is a combination of hands-on labs, case-based lectures, and group discussions and rotations through internal medicine, surgery, emergency, and critical care. $120,000 base salary.
Phase two: 18 weeks of hands-on immersive training guided by an experienced clinician mentor.
Phase three: 20 weeks of experiential training, working ER shifts, with continued mentoring.
