What you'll do:

Customers Bank is looking for a Digital Security Analyst who is Analytical, detailed orientated, and adaptive to support the strategy of the companys Digital Security Operation's Team. Utilizing enterprise security tools, the Digital Security Analyst will be required to detect, triage, and prevent security incidents, protect sensitive information, aid in the penetration testing of network environments, collaborate with of teams to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities, and help drive security best practices across the organization. Participation in the on-call rotation is mandatory.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Controls Management Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in managing Identity and Access Management IAM processes and controls to ensure the security of our systems and data. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in information security and control management.

Responsibility: * Ensure all risk, security, and compliance deliverables for critical applications are completed accurately and on time. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary documentation and reports. * Process requests for provisioning user accounts, including the creation, modification, and deletion of accounts in alignment with role-based access controls RBAC. Ensure that access levels are appropriate for each user's role within the organization. * Manage the prompt processing of employee scheduled and immediate terminations to ensure access is revoked in a timely manner, mitigating potential security risks. * Oversee IAM activities for user accounts, applying RBAC principles to ensure that employees have the appropriate access needed for their roles while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulations. * Diagnose and troubleshoot access issues for users, addressing permissions-related problems efficiently to minimize disruptions. * Manage the ticketing queue using ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution of access requests and related issues while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. * Assist teams across the organization with projects including implementation of new applications, setting up RBAC/IAM functionalities, and provisioning user access. * Review and process requests for configuration and policy exceptions, working alongside the Exceptions Committee to discuss and vote on the risk appetite, documenting justifications and ensuring compliance with established guidelines. * Assist in implementing risk mitigation policies and controls for critical ap lications, helping to identify areas of vulnerability and proposing solutions. * Conduct regular access reviews for all critical applications housed under the Controls team to ensure all access is correct for each user's role and compliant with regulatory requirements. * Conduct monthly reports for Information Security, Digital Security, Network Administration, Human Resources and Training departments * Support the implementation of access control automation tools to enhance efficiency in IAM processes and improve overall security measures. Must haves: * Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information or Computer Sciences, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Proficiency with Identity and Access Management concepts and controls, security controls, risk management principles, governance and compliance frameworks is a plus. * Basic understanding of networking, system administration, and security protocols. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive and collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to team goals and organizational success. Nice to haves: * Financial industry experience * Knowledge of advanced cyber threats, threat vectors, attacker methodology to include, tools, tactics, and procedures and how they tie into the Cyber Kill Chain or Miter ATT&CK framework. * Experience with premium threat intelligence tooling and/or open-source intelligence techniques. * Experience in malware detection and analysis using static and dynamic malware analysis methods. * Knowledge of cloud services and their attack surface. * Related industry certifications Sec+, CTIA, CISSP
