Description:

This AP Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Corporate AP group with day to day AP functions such as invoice processing, three way match and supplier invoice analysis, exception research and remediation.

  • Accounts Payable processing within Oracle Cloud

  • Three way match

  • Supplier invoice analysis

  • AP exception research and remediation

  • Identify the accounting treatment for non-purchase order invoices

  • Initiate supplier payments

  • Manage multiple processes at once (Invoicing, AP inbox, approvals)

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Associate's degree

  • 4+ years of experience processing AP invoices within an organization greater than $300 million in revenue

  • 4+ years of experience with three way match within an organization greater than $300 million revenue

  • 4+ years of experience managing multiple AP processes including invoicing, AP inbox and approvals

  • 4+ years of experience with supplier invoice analysis, AP exception research and remediation, identifying the accounting treatment for non-purchase order, invoices, and initiating supplier payments

  • 4+ years of experience with an ERP such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, JDE, NetSuite, Peoplesoft, Great Plains, or similar (can be in conjunction)

  • 3+ years of experience with creating pivot tables, vlookups and basic formulas

Details/Additional Information:

  • This position will be a hybrid opportunity with 2-3 days on-site at the company’s HQ in Malvern, PA location, and 2-3 days remote.

  • The hours for these positions will be 8:30AM-5:30PM but flexible (standard 40 hr work week, Monday-Friday) with OT as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00
