Summary of Role:

Responsible for creating standardized reports. Support of Supply Chain and the use of procurement tools by providing training and data infrastructure & support to the team.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating standardized reports. Support of Supply Chain and the use of procurement tools by providing training and data infrastructure & support to the team. Develop & administer global supplier and price analytics reporting dashboards. Develop reporting and analysis to build global KPI’s that are measured in an aligned way across all sites. Engage with procurement leadership to define business driven KPI’s. Monitor and analyze procurement KPI’s. Interface with Procurement, Supply Chain, IT and Finance teams, Category Managers and others, to enable exchange of analyzed information necessary to drive performance. Prepare operational reports, dashboards and documentation for management reviews. Support business intelligence platform tools and serve as an administrator and point of contact for best known methods and practices. Telecommuting available.

· Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

· Education – Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science or closely related field of study.

· Experience – 3 years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered, as an Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar occupation. Requires 3 years experience in: (1) Using statistical analysis to develop, create and interpret data (2) Presenting interpretation and reporting of data to management and stakeholders (3) Procurement/supply chain management ERP applications like SAP (4) Business process program management (5) MS Excel Macros, Pivot table, and MS Power Query (6) Building, interpreting and modifying SQL queries. Telecommuting available.

Salary range: $96,000 – $142,000
